1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not issued for completed services unless there is a verified issue with the quality of work, which must be reported within 7 days of service completion for review.
2. No-Show Guarantee
In the rare instance that our team fails to show up for a scheduled and confirmed appointment without prior notice, a full refund will be issued upon request, or the service may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:

Customer cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice

Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service

Work already completed and documented with photos, unless proven defective
4. Service Deposits
Any deposits made toward future services are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled services if the cancellation follows our 48-hour notice policy.
5. Dispute Resolution
If there is a concern about a completed service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the issue and may offer a re-service or partial credit if deemed appropriate.
